What we deliver
Your subscription gives your business online access to the Bayescope portal, a dedicated agent environment managed by COGO Data, and up to three agents. Agents that send email use mailboxes in your own Microsoft 365. There are no physical goods and no shipping or delivery charges.
When your service starts
You can sign in to the portal straight away. Setup of your dedicated agent environment starts once your payment is confirmed, or once COGO Data approves your access. Mailbox setup also needs your Microsoft 365 administrator to approve Bayescope's permissions.
How long setup takes
Once your administrator has approved the permissions, setup usually completes within two business days. The Connection page in the portal shows progress, and we email you if anything needs your action.
If we cannot complete setup within 10 business days of your payment for reasons within our control, you may cancel and we will refund that payment in full, as set out in our Refund policy.
While your subscription is active
Agents work on the schedules you set and whenever you start them, within your workspace's allowances. We may pause agents for planned maintenance, and we will give notice where we can.
Records of your purchase
The Billing page lists each verified payment, with its date, amount and reference. For a tax invoice, email info@cogodata.co.za.
